Operating on Service 11 here's Gemini 846 and Lothian's LED screen, slightly modified from earlier photographs. I must say I was very worried about how an electronic screen would look on a Lothian bus, but given the time and care that has clearly gone into making this look as near to a traditional roller blind as possible I think we've got nothing to worry about - well as long as they don't start introducing different colours! From a distance 846 is very eye catching and I think this looks quite smart.
In May 2011 a new side LED has been installed at the entrance door to 846 which the next pictures will show.
For a look at many of the possible screens Lothian's 846 is capable of showing visit my LED set for some recent examples, including some in-depth technical information on how it all works!

Here is a luxury shopping mall in Beijing called "The Place". Here you can see a massive sky LED screen up above. If I remember it correctly, this is the largest LED screen in Asia, and the area of such screen is approx. 7500 sqm. It would probably be the world's largest LED screen that we have at this day.
The Crown Fountain at Chicago's Millennium Park (2004) was designed by Catalan artist Jaume Plensa. It consists of a black granite pool placed between a pair of 50-feet tall glass brick towers. The inner faces of the towers function as giant LED screens, where digital videos, mostly portraits of random Chicagoans, are displayed.
