☀️⛅️ Sau đây HEVEDA xin hướng dẫn lắp đặt pin năng lượng mặt trời
🔔 Bước 1: Dựng tấm ốp lưng và khung nền của tấm pin, sau đó cắt vật liệu, dùng keo và ốc vít để gắn các tấm bọc khung vào tấm ốp lưng. Phủ 3 lớp sơn chống dính và để khô hoàn toàn.
🔔 Bước 2: Gắn các cells với dây chì hàn: nối các cells đã được hàn thành một chuỗi theo cấu trúc 4 hàng dọc 9 hàng ngang. Sau đó hàn hàn phần dây hàn còn dư từ mặt trước của cell 1 vào mặt sau của cell 2,.. Đặt những chuỗi cells vào khung nền là tấm lót TPT và nối chúng lại với nhau:
🔔 Bước 3: Ráp khung nền vào ốp lưng và đặt tấm phủ cho tấm pin. Bạn cần điều chỉnh cho khung nền vừa vặn trong tấm ốp lưng tấm pin. Bắt vít khung nền vào ốp lưng. Bạn cần có 2 dây dẫn đủ dài để có thể kéo ra phía sau tấm pin tới những thiết bị thu nhận năng lượng bên ngoài
