What an amazing quote by our dear profit (apostle at the time). How true this statement is. The closer our focus comes to Christ, the greater shall be our joy. Since I have started this blog, my focus has been more and more centered on Christ and my joy has proportionally been heightened. The other amazing thing is as we focus more and more on Christ, the things of the world lose its power and grip upon us. Let us make a more diligent effort to make Christ more of our focus this week, and enjoy an added portion of joy!

I have a few other photos I am going to keep uploading from the weekend as I find them. This was quickly shot across the reflecting pool. Even thought the wind had the pool less than perfect, I still liked the final result of the scene.

This weekend reminded me how much I enjoy just getting in crowded situations like this and looking for things that interest me to take photos of. There is a real fun to it all.
