Tuesday morning, a foreman working for a heating company was putting in the new heating system in the Carlyle building on Wood and Fourth, fell to his death. No one who would talk knew how the man fell from the building but they say it had to be either on the roof or above the 21st floor. Some of the workers fixing up the Carlyle building walk off the scene after talking to police.
