1st International Conference on Leadership, September 15, 2023, started with a comprehensive briefing by Dr. Mamta Hegde, Conference Chair. Dr. Lt Col Prasad S N, Ph.D, Director of SDMIMD, set the tone with his inaugural address. Mr. Sethuraman, Strategic Adviser from SASMOS Group, captivated the audience with his keynote address. Following a refreshing tea break, we delved into insightful paper presentations. Mr. Chandramouli from ANCM Management Consultants, Bangalore, graced us with his expertise as our distinguished speaker. Post-lunch, Dr. Sunil MV presented a riveting session on "Mapping the Landscape of Leadership Values Research: A Bibliometric Approach". The day continued with more paper presentations and was further enriched by an address from Dr. N.R. Parasuraman, Director Emeritus, SDMIMD. The event concluded with a heartfelt valedictory and certificate distribution.

A big thank to all the speakers, presenters, and attendees for making this event a grand success. Here's to many more such enlightening gatherings!
