Adquiri estes esmaltinhos lá na KK, confesso que comprei só por causa dos vidrinhos que são muito fofos!!
A caixinha do Nail-O-Ween Kit também é muito divertida e vem com 04 esmaltes, não achei (nem nos vidros e nem na caixinha) o nome das cores. Destes dois, o verdinho brilha no escuro!!
No anelar e médio, eu coloquei películas da LC Adesivos (daquelas que soltam da cartela, umedecendo-a com um algodão molhado na água), tive muita dificuldade para fixar porque elas ficam muito molinhas e acabei estragando o trem.
Mas de uma forma geral, gostei muito da mani, tá bem alegre!!!

INFAMOUS LANDMARK
Chow Kit Market is recognised as one of Malaysia’s most infamous landmarks. Located at the northern end of Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, it is divided into two halves: the first half is home to the city’s unofficial Red Light District, while the other part is KL’s most popular local market. Even though it is not as well known to tourists, Chow Kit Market is definitely exciting. However it is not a place for the faint hearted, with vendors who are pushy and it takes a thick skin to get serious bargains here.
The spotlight on Chow Kit Market focuses on its main street: a lively and culturally-enriching scene. Although the area may not be the most kosher quarter of KL it plays host to the largest wet market in Malaysia. Also known as the Bazaar Baru Chow Kit, this rustic makeshift market is a kaleidoscope of colours and fragrances. The bazaar is shaded by oversized, colourful umbrellas and divided into a wet and dry section with the colourful souk commonly frequented by locals, especially the neighbourhood’s Malay community.

Yep, it's a couple of Fox Kits (which is Fox-speak for pups). They were playing at sunset a long, long ways away from us. We were restricted from getting closer to these Foxes by local park regulations (on San Juan Island).
Up till a few years ago, folks were allowed to get a lot closer to the Foxes, but, people being people, some peoples took advantage of the situation and spoiled close access to the Foxes for everyone else.
These days, in this particular park, we were required "to stay on the trails" and to not approach the Foxes any closer than a couple of school bus lenths.
So, at this location, this is as close as we could get to the Fox kits to document their playful behavior.
While we were taking pics of the Foxes on San Juan Island, we heard many stories from other photographers and locals (who are not too keen on the visiting photographers). These days, as Spring rolls around, the locals and the photographers face off regarding taking pics of the Foxes. We only experienced one small skirmish, where a local lady decided to perform a "silent protest", walking back-and-forth-and-back-and-forth between the Fox dens and the photographers. We heard that the previous year, one of the local residents was waving a gun around in a threatening manner towards the photographers. Hmmm.
But why the hostility? Nature is supposed to have a calming effect. People really need to be better people!!!

Evening light on the Kit Fox HIlls, Death Valley
This photograph was a bit of a lucky catch. I had gone to an elevated location where I had a more commanding view of a wide section of Death Valley, but late-afternoon clouds had drifted in above the Cottonwood Mountains to the west and the light ranged from filtered to "blah." I try to "read" the clouds to predict what may come, and my reading on the conditions was that a small gap between the bottom of the cloud bank and the top of the mountains would produce a brief bit of good light just before the sun dropped beyond the peaks. These predictions don't always pan out, but this one did. The light first appeared a great distance away at the upper end of the valley, but soon worked its way south across the Grapevine Mountains and then flowed across the low Kit Fox Hills.
I've been intrigued by this small row of furrowed hills for a long time. Their coloration and patterns let them stand out from the less differentiated material of the washes above and below them. I did a bit of reading about them during this recent trip, and I understand that they are a remnant of a very old earthquake fault along the west side of the valley. (There are fault zones along the sides of Death Valley, separating the rising mountains from the valley, which is largely filled with material washed down from the mountains.)

My husband brought a kitten home. It'd been living under a shipping crate in his hospital's parking lot.
I'm not sure how to feel - except that this is the busiest time of the year! He sure is cute. I want to name him Toothless - from How to Train Your Dragon :)

De vierassige motorwagen 11 van Auckland is in 1902 als bouwpakket vanuit Engeland naar Nieuw Zeeland geleverd. Brush Electrical Engineering leverde deze kit set. De werkplaats Ponsonby van het trambedrijf in Auckland assembleerde tussen 1902 en 1912 in totaal 43 van zulke als bouwpakket geleverde trams.
De wagen bleef in gemoderniseerde vorm in dienst tot in 1952. Daarna werd de wagenbak vele jaren gebruikt als klaslokaal in de plaatselijke dierentuin. De rijvaardig gerestaureerde tram wordt tegenwoordig af en toe ingezet op de Western Springs Museumtramlijn in Auckland.

Red Fox Kit in Algonquin Provincial Park. I managed to get a few more photos processed but today is a busy day of cleaning fox pee off my tripod and Gopro, bear slobber off my backpack and jacket, unpacking, laundry, repacking, cleaning camera gear (more bear slobber). Having said all this...I've just realized how strange my life is :-) lol
I do not share exact locations in any more detail than I've provided above. Our wildlife should be protected and when locations are shared these animals are put at risk. Please do not ask. Any comments "outing" the locations will be deleted.

Another kit from essentialbears, this is the Crackers kit. He isn't finished, I ran out of steel shot & had to mail order some, hopefully that will be here tomorrow and i can sew up his torso. My bear doesn't look like the essentialbears example, but I don't mind! Mine is sort of comical looking I think.

This is becoming my standard kit when photographing events, especially when I'm only shooting digitally. THe Nikon D750, a well-worn Peak Design Strap, and the Nikkor 24/2.8, 35/2.8D, 85/1.8D, and 105/2D. All wrapped up in a ThinkTank Retrospective 7 2.0. And there's enough room that, if needed, I can swap out the 24 for either the 28/2.8 or 14/2.8D and add the 50/1.4D.
