I managed to get the heavy lifting out of the way for the fermentation
controller. It's all still on the breadboard as I improve upon the
minimal firmware, but the BOM (Bill of Materials) is in place and
everything has gone smoothly. I hope to complete the schematic capture
and board layout this month. This unit will be sold in kit form. It is

One of the things I look for whenever I pass through Tokyo Narita Airport is the most recent wacky Kit Kat flavor on the market.
A couple of years ago we tried Green Tea Kit Kats, on the way back from our trip to Guam / Palau / Yap we picked up Soy Sauce Kit Kats (a little weird, but they grew on me), and last weekend when Gavin was in Tokyo for a friend's wedding, he picked up Berry Kit Kats (tasted very Fruity-Pebbles-ish) and Mango Kit Kat balls (...meh.)
I wonder what they'll have next time....
No, I never seem to see the kits do this from the front.....it's always this direction...Kits practice pouncing on bugs, and leaves and each other. I'd say this little guy is coming right along with his skill!
I bought this one - or should I say, one like this - back in 1981 and made it back then. Over three decades later I have lost most of the parts of the original kit - thanks to my son who played and destroyed it years ago when he was about 4 years old – and I thought I’d never find the same one ever again but I did! I was so happy when I see this kit again as if I got the whole world! – For toy collectors like me, a small insignificant item and rubbish to others’ eyes can make the world of happiness and immense satisfaction! - Pieces on the middle of the bottom are the original I bought and built in 1981. Unfortunately the head, the bike are gone.
