In those moments, the only real compass is the process you’ve built for yourself — the routines, the resilience, the quiet strength you’ve been shaping long before the hard times arrived. Trust that process. It’s what carries you through.

I must admit I find it challenging to do a photo a day :) I know ... it sounds ridiculous and I must make a plan. I'm sure it will be easier then!
