Whilst not native to Kent I do love this vehicle not only does it still retain the original ARRIVA livery but it is the last vehicle in the Southern Counties fleet to retain manual roller blinds! So finding out it was on route 414 usually the preserve of the Optare Solo's I decided to go out and grab a few photos!
ARRIVA Kent Thameside 1600 KE53 KBO is pictured here passing over the former London, Chatham & Dover Railway on East Hill, South Darenth whilst working route 414. Friday 4th November 2016.

U.S. Airways B757 starts engines in a freezing Boston Logan.
A 757-2B7 [MSN 27200] it flew with the carrier (name changed to US Airways in 2006) until 2009 when it was reported as stored. It was converted to a freighter in 2010 and is reported as 'active' in 2015.
US airways was merged into American Airlines in 2013.
With effect April 8th 2015, the airline operates under a single AOC, all callsigns and identities of subsumed carriers are gone.

Flippin' first frame film flare ....
I managed to erase the bulk of it, as far as the bumper, but it got too challenging then for this time of night !
This was a typical coach that I would see at Blackpool in the light season, but always parked in the back row of one of the more challenging coach parks, like Turner's or Yelloway's, so I could never get my camera near it, which made this chance encounter all the more satisfying. Len Hopkins ran this Volvo B58 from new in 1975 until the firm's demise in 1998, so maybe it would have carried on even longer had that not occurred. But the fact that it went to Wacton Trading for scrap, and never got a look in at his operational fleet, suggests that it may have been totally shot !
