This photo was taken about a year ago while on a visit to Vernon BC. Vernon is about an hours drive, north of Kelowna. I used the infrared filter from Nik Colour Efex to get this look.

Two mountains above the Komna plateau which are rarely climbed in winter, even if they are equally nice as other ski touring summits. Kal (on the left) is easier (but also steep), Čelo (on the right) requires quite some orientation skills.

Dan rechtsaf een weg die Domineesakker heet, anderhalve kilometer pal tegen de wind in. De spoorlijn van Zwolle naar Meppel.
