The spring ducklings are full grown now, but there are a couple of duck families working on round two.
I've been thinking about how many seasonal cycles of the prairie an average person could possibly see.
By the time in our lives that we are actually paying attention, It's really not that many.
So if you have a chance,

For as long as I can remember, I'll use one eye to line two things up. I'm glad I could capture this rainbow lined up with the peak of the mountains.
The low-hanging mist this morning, made for nice practice photos with my new camera that I’m learning to use.
The bigger tree is “Cowboy’s Tree”. My 15-year-old English Pointer used to run to that tree every day. He is too old to go out that far now, but he doesn’t know that!

So much rain this week, another 3" yesterday, the garden is thriving right now and no watering needed!
