One definition defines this as "sadness resulting from the awareness of being alone." It's not so much physically being isolated that makes a person feel lonely, as much as the feeling of not being connected to anyone. We can blame it on social media, but bottomline, loneliness is a weed that has been spreading in this generation. It has subtly been turning our attention on the people who are not in our life and blinding us from seeing the One who is always in our life. - 💡 God. Our Father, Papa, Daddy, who has us wrapped in his arms and nestled close to his heart. There is no loneliness in His embrace. There is only love, joy, laughter, freedom and a feeling of belonging. His heart is our home. - 💡 Sweet princesses, you don't need a lot of friends, a boyfriend, or to be around people that "get" you, to feel connected and loved. See, loneliness can make us feel like we know better than God, who should actually be in our lives and when. People in your life may seem scarce... yet God could be protecting you or preparing you for those who would be better to have in your life. Trust in His plan and His timing. - 💡 But regardless of the quality or quanitity of people in your life, He is always going to be with you. You are powerful and a daughter of the King and He absolutely loves you!
