As I was unlocking the van, Jessie was busy nosing around under a tree, looked up and there the vulture was watching.
Suddenly he flew directly at us, I had to duck down and then realized he was protecting his next meal and was not about to share with Jessie!! I was thankful as I would not have enjoyed driving home with a stinky dog!!

I love this..... my daughter Jessie (2 1/2) painted this a couple months ago, and I have it out in my sunroom where I can look at it often... the more I look, the more I see. I am in awe of her imagery, color, gesture and line... all no doubt instinctual, but powerful to me none the less. She doesn't call this a fox, or a rider on a fox or whatever else one might see...she just calls it her painting. She talks about a fox often, or riding an animal or horse in a dream... but she doesn't say that is what this is about. All the more awesome to me.

She loves the hat which is amazing because she normally will not wear a hat for more than a minute or two. But she wore this one around Disneyland for quite a while. She even wears it around the house here and there. The power of Disney! :)
Now that we have Disneyland season passes, we will be going back in a few weeks. We'll pick up one for Sydney at that time.
This is tap class....not ballet. :)
I'm no tap dancing expert, but I don't believe this is a tap move. :D haha
I quite like how this turned out - always nice when pets will actually sit still long enough for you to photograph them.

I really enjoy capturing these ballet pics of Jessie. I thought about shooting some video, but to be honest...she looks 100 times more graceful in pictures than she would in video. :D haha
Already the 2nd birthday of Jessie. Dressed in Bumba custome and eating a bumba themed cake she was in heavon ... bumba not so much :D as he was the tastiest being crafted from marzipan in the correct colors and details.
As the wedding party was lined up and ready to go, Collin the ringbearer decided at the last minute that he was not going to walk. Here he is handing one of the bridesmaids the pillow. When they tried to put it back in his hands, he threw it on the ground and ran away. :D hehe. The coordinator tried to urge him to walk with the pillow, but he refused.
What's funny was that we told Jessie that he was scared and asked if she would walk with him and hold his hand, and she said no. :D LOL. She wanted the spotlight all to herself. Also I think she knew that holding his hand meant she wouldn't get to throw her flowers.

Today was gorgeous out and I happened to have a shoot planned so we headed downtown to find a place to shoot. The intention was to focus on handbags but we forgot them so we ended up just shooting Jessie by herself.

Jessie had waaaaaaaaaaaay too much fun playing with all her aunties and uncles...aka my friends.
The wonderful Jessie Ware during her encore at tonight’s fabulous concert at the Old Fruitmarket in Glasgow.
I dusted off my camera this weekend and headed out with our new puppy. We decided to have a drive to the Peak District to see the heather before it lost all its colour.
Jessie is just over 4 months old now, she is growing so fast! Hopefully she will bring me the motivation to get out with the camera more.
