If at first you don't succeed...make a pink background. I was trying out @jennifermcguire's technique for layering #distressoxide inks, my first color palette was too yellow and bright enough to light up a small city, plus I somehow misaligned the @concordand9th Flower Turnabout stamp, and everything ended up in the wrong place♀️. Trash that, deep breath, start over. I hardly ever do pink, but I like the final result paired with @simonsaysstamp Modern Rose Blooms. Birthday stamp also by Simon and border die by @crafterscompus. I'm entering this card in Simon's Wednesday and Flickr challenges.

My third version of #JenniferMcGuire's 4-in-1 technique. This time I went with an autumn theme; I love the idea of sending Gratitude/Grateful For You cards around Thanksgiving.
Almost all of this is #PapertreyInk. Honey Nut cardstock has now become my favorite for autumn cards. I love the rich warm neutral color! For these I used the second-to-largest Spellbinders circle die on Stamper's Select white cardstock. For the leaves and little flowers I used the smallest images in the Leaf Prints set, and many of the images in Twig Wreath, one of my favorite nature-based sets! They are stamped in a variety of PTI inks, and I used the rock-and-roll technique on some: Honey Nut/Canyon Clay on the large maple leaf; Simply Chartreuse, Harvest Gold, Olive Twist on the little ivy leaf, Tropical Teal on the little branches, and Royal Velvet and Tropical Teal on the puffy flowers. I think there's some Scarlet Jewel in there too.
I always have such a good time finding sentiments that fit these designs. Thankful for You from Autumn Adornments; Hello Lovely Friend from Wet Paint, and Missing You Always from SSS Big Scripty Greetings. Some are popped up on foam and they all have a sprinkling of Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Mix sequins.
I adore how these came out and I can't wait to send them! Thanks for looking!
