This is the starter image that that I used to create, "String Theory and the Blue Hole". The view is looking out of the NYC Jacob Javits Convention Center toward the Hudson Yard construction. Here I straightened the vertical lines, but for the art piece, I straightened the horizontal lines too. With so much glass and steel it's hard to tell what's real and what's a reflection, just the way I like it. I happened to come across this while looking for a shot from the archives.
Always like seeing what's new in the car world. And all those new models I'm never going to have. Marybeth just doesn't understand why one needs 700 horsepower. I don't really need all that horsepower as I'd be happy with the old MG or maybe that new Miata.

Thank you my flickr friend GUNDOGAN for the tip on taking long exposure night shots.
Happy 40th Birthday Mesut!!!
Just before I took the bus, on that rainy Thursday, and while waiting for it, I stole myself few bracketed shots for an HDR. The gray and rainy day gave me beautiful outside reflections and a glimpse of the inside of the building. Had to be think fast and shoot faster on high continuous in order not to have high ghostly effect of the walking people, the little I got photoshop took care of it.
