What a cool jet coming in for Paris Air Show 2017! The first ever public appearance of the MRJ 90 I think, and the first plane to land in Europe! I really like this small plane!
And the All Nippon Airways livery fits it really well!

The Mitsubishi SpaceJet is one struggling aircraft. The first flight of the type was in 2015, but since then, the deliveries have been delayed and delayed. Just before Paris Air Show 2019, the aircraft was called MRJ-90 (Mitsubishi Regional Jet carrying 90 pax) and was renamed SpaceJet for the International Air Show.
For now the aircraft has received about 200 orders, but it is yet unsure if the SpaceJet will commercially fly one day. Let's hope it will!

Not the best of shots - glare, human, marginal angle - but one I was very lucky and glad to take! A rare opportunity to peek into the MRJ program's Flight Test Article No. 3 - or FTA-3 - during its brief four-day visit to the 2017 Paris Air Show. Flown here from the Moses Lake testing facility in Washington state, JA23MJ is very much a test airframe, and as such has no interior or fittings - but the pointy end more than makes up for it.
