Located in small hamlet just outside Issigeac in the Southern Dordogne this old stone 5 bed schoolhouse has been full rennovated in the past 4 years and comes with pool and annexe. Currently used as self contained guest accomodation, the old school hall could be easily converted into an additional spacious three bed house.
A nice terrace to enjoy your coffee. For a lunch or dinner try the "Auberge Les Dimes" nearby. A very nice restaurant at Issigeac with comfortable seats for a change. One of the perfect places to eat in this little village
