Issigeac in Western France

A beautiful quaint French village, every structure is consumed by the village atmosphere. The best time to visit this village when there are no events, a few hours of wandering is an event by itself.

Again in the ancient village of Issigeac. The village pump. No doubt in its time a busy place frequented by the villagers but today it was empty. Well it was lunchtime.

Medieval architecture, tropical plants and an unpaved path leading to a gate. It's one of the many surprising views in the beautiful quaint French village of Issigeac. The best time to visit this village is when there are no events, you'll be surprised what a peaceful village it normally is.
