So this is one of the icelandic volcanic sunset we had last night, and very nice it was too... There's a couple more over on FS Photography should anyone be interested... :)
English Counties
This is another collection of images which have been photographed over a long period of time. These are photographs taken mostly on holidays throughout our great English Counties. In the day we have travelled the length and breadth of Great Britain, with many coastal and country walks and a lot of photography.
This selection has been chosen from the many Kent photographs I have taken. Kent is a wonderful county to visit with many places of interest.
This is the second to last of the county series to be posted for the time being.....
Hope you've all had a few wonderfully relaxing days... Me !?!?... Well I've been playing with creating yet another website... lol... Hopefully you'll get chance to check it out and let me know what you think...

It's still very much a "work in progress", but it's a start at least... Catch up with you all a bit later today... :)
I'm afraid I've been rummaging yet again.. Sometimes it just can't be helped... Especially as that's all I've got... lol...
Had to dig a bit again... Even though today has been an awesome day to get out with the camera, unfortunately I've been living in a house full of extra's from "Night of the Living Dead" for the past few weeks, and finally I've succumbed to their snotty rotten germs.. And on a perfect day... AND on the weekend... Grrrr... AaaaaahhhChooooo... Sorry 'bout that... ;)
Another from the archives... Really must drag my sorry backside out somewhere soon, as soon as the weather clears up that is... lol... ;)
Not sure which one of these I like... In fact I'm pretty sure I don't actually like either of them, but decided I had to post "something" new, so my motivational speaker convinced me to go out to catch a sunset (that didn't play ball)... So this I'm afraid will have to do... :)
The Hamlet of Shellness is a small coastal settlement on the most easterly point of the Isle of Sheppey in the Borough of Swale in Kent, England.
BEST VIEWED LARGE!!
Sheerness again on the isle of Sheppey same part of the beach but I used more the the foreground and water in this! Went with Mark ( code.dude) on this early morning sunrise with more planned in the coming weeks!
A few days away in the south east and this is the shot of the trip :) I've not had too many chances at hares but this one came good even if the light wasn't that brilliant.
Many thanks to all who comment, fave or just enjoy looking, it really is very much appreciated!
Won't be around much for the next week.... if at all, so apologies in advance that my commenting and posting will be a bit sketchy, maybe even non existant.... gonna be away for a few days... :))
Lets just pray for the odd bit of sunshine.... lol
The Isle of Sheppey is very impressive! Surely, a small, inconsequential Island lying just beyond the Thames Estuary would be dull and innocuous? However, the opposite is true! Changeable weather, expansive marshlands and landscapes that extend for miles make for great views and interesting photos!

Yup, another frosty one from the early morning sunrise expedition to the sub arctic outer reaches of The Swale.
Steps away from our Shepherd's Hut on Elmley Nature Reserve. Some late winter colour before the snow hit.
Rummaging around in the archives still, and STILL little opportunity to find the time to get out with the camera, and this weekend will be too busy again... Grrrrr... >:[
Sorry I've not been aorund much at all this week... It's been a heck of a week for far too many reasons... I'll try to catch up with you all soon...
I was out last night in search of some rock formations in the surf.. determined to get some "fluffy" water shots, but found nothing close enough to the rising tide until it was too late... and only then did I realise that I had to walk all the way back to the car in almost total darkness...
Mental note to self... MUST get me some ND filters - Or a torch... ;)
This shot also forms part of a Guest Blog Spot at Chez Spuds site... Thanks for testing me Spud.. :)
