The plant in the interior plantscaping business most likely to be named the “go-to plant” is Pothos (botanical name Epipremnum aureum or Scindapsus aureum). INTR 202: Interior Materials and Applications
December 2008
Assignment: Specify all interior materials and furniture for the given office space according to your developed concept. Create a Finish Plan, Finish Schedule, Finish Legend Specification, Break Room Elevation, Reception Elevation, Reception Desk Elevation, Furniture Plan, Furniture Specifications, Estimate Sheet, and Sample Presentation Board.
For this North Shore estate, a former 1907 stable and carriage house, we provided both the interior architectural design for a complete renovation, as well as interior design and interior decorating services. This 5,600 s.f. condo was completely transformed from a 1980’s developer package into a stylish, upscale home with significant European panache. We not only added all of the architectural details and cabinetry, but selected furniture, fabrics, accessories and artwork. This project has received numerous awards and has thus far been published in two magazines.
