The Sovereign-class was introduced during the early 2370s, and was, at the time, the longest and most advanced starship design in the fleet, though not as large as the Galaxy-class starship. The Sovereign-class USS Enterprise-E was built at the San Francisco Fleet Yards and was launched from that facility on stardate 49827.5.
The Sovereign class's first major engagements came in 2373, when the USS Enterprise saw action in the Borg incursion into Sector 001, and was instrumental in the destruction of the attacking cube. (See First Contact -Battle for Humanity)

Compilation of the Krautrock label Ohr, published in 1971. 2 LPs, both good, particularly the second one, which has mostly instrumental tracks that are unusually experimental and long for a compilation. Some of them, however, have been cut shorter. Well, they had to make some compromise, I guess. Annexus Quam is gigantic.
I have another Ohr compilation, called Ohrenschmaus, with similar music. But I don't like its cover so I won't post it on Flickr.
Gatefold cover designed by Helmut Friz. Later a CD with a very similar cover became available, but it's not as good as this one.

Steam Tanks are monstrous, smoke-belching war machines that rumble towards the enemy and fire deadly cannonballs from their steam-powered guns to crush all those that stand against the Empire. They were first designed by the famed inventor Leonardo da Miragliano, who adapted the use of Dwarfen steam technology to power the pistons and gears that drive the wheels of the steam tank forward. In times of war, the Imperial Engineers School may sanction the use of these rare and valuable machines should the fate of the Empire of Man hang in the balance.
The Emperor's Wrath (Steam Tank) is an Elector Count State Troop war machine unit from the Elector state Wissenland. From great range, a Steam Tank launches powerful shots of armour-piercing cannon fire with tremendous stopping power.
The Emperor's Wrath recently been to the Engineer's College in Altdorf for overhauling. It has been repaired and refitted back to a Conqueror Class configuration. Now returned to active duty, the Emperor's Wrath has been instrumental in aiding Graf Boris Todbringer's ongoing battles in the Drakwald forest.
