The Minolta Instant Pro is a curious camera. Basically, it's a Minolta branded Spectra with some features that other Spectras did not have, like manual focus. Polaroid later sold a Polaroid branded version with slightly different styling called the Spectra Pro.
A flourless, nominally kosher-for-Passover cake. The base is made of eggs and chocolate-flavored instant pudding, the filling of cream whipped with vanilla-flavored instant pudding, and the topping is dark chocolate and butter (imperfectly mixed, hence the marble pattern). This was our dessert for the eve of Second Passover.
"Ven a mirar conmigo
el final de la lluvia.
Caen las últimas gotas como
diamantes desprendidos
de la corona del invierno,
y nuevamente queda
desnudo el aire.
Pronto un rayo de sol
encenderá los verdes
del patio,
y saltarán al césped
una vez más los pájaros.
Ven conmigo y fijemos el instante
-mariposa de vidrio-
en esta página. "

Love the pattern. It was super quick and easy. It also shows off the thick and thin texture of the handspun yarn very nicely. The twisted drop stitch gives it a bit more structure which is good given this is my first handspun!
This is pretty short. It is really a neckwarmer. I could have cast on less stitches to get more length, but I really like things wider. I will have to pin it in place. I definitely like it. My first handspun project!
At the new 2nd Avenue Deli, the Instant Heart Attack consists of your choice of meat between two large potato pancakes rather than slices of bread.
A platform for conversation, Instant Space is a series of curtains designed by Zurich-based architects Nele Dechmann and Ortreport to host discussions, workshops, and interrogations. The curtains embody a maxim of flexibility and fluidity.
The images printed on the curtains present a juxtaposition of liminal environments: “in-between” spaces where political and social rules are typically suspended. The five prints have an unexpected element adding to the environment, which opens up a field of narratives and interpretations.
Instant Space exists alongside five keywords formed by Swiss designers Atlas through recombining fragments of foundational terms that raise questions and spark discussions.
The installation is an artistic response to the swissnex Salon, serving as a setting for different forms of interaction and exchange within the swissnex Gallery. The space creates a variety of atmospheric environments, from generous and open to intimate and immersive.
