Two things make up spirituality for me: inner strength and love.
Inner strength is a confidence in one's integrity, that the answers are there inside if we only stop long enough to listen. Love is the way. Without love there is only fear, and the more we give love, the more we know it.
I'm not sure that I agree with Kabir about not bothering with alternatives, but this photograph represents one way in which I find both strength and love, and the strength to love.

A NIGHT AT THE CHALET! Such good energy coming from these guys. A ton of good bands played during the weekend, but I was only able to make it to day one due to work. I got live shots of bands I formerly did promos for (This Absolution, Take The Day) and I shot new bands. Hopefully these photos will get me more exposure in my state's music scene. The scene used to be so strong, but it somehow died down? I want to help bring it back and get Milwaukee known not only for its cheese, but for its music. A Night At The Chalet, everybody. Oh, they also just announced that they signed to Innerstrength Records! Congrats!
