How to seat a big , floppy balloon race car tire's bead on a rim? 'Simply' use vise grips to clamp, suspend, inflate, soap, weight it with kids or a bucket o' water or what ever. Inflate with compressor, or my favorite, a hand bike tire pump. Of course!
See pix in the comments..the tires go on bikes that float.
The NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope still has a few tricks up its sleeve in its task of exploring the Universe. For one, it is able to image two adjacent parts of the sky simultaneously. It does this using two different cameras — one camera can be trained on the target object itself, and the other on a nearby patch of sky so that new and potentially interesting regions of the cosmos can be observed at the same time (these latter observations are known as parallel fields).

Inflating a hot air balloon at Wisborough Green 2011
The Wisborough Green Balloon Festival is hosted annually by the village in aid of the CHASE Hospice for sick children just near Losely, Surrey.
This shot was taken later at the event as the last 2 balloon lifted off at just before 7pm on the 9th September 2011. Unfortunately these will be the last balloon lifts of the event this year as conditions will be unsuitable on Saturday and Sunday for flying.
