What a spot in the Indian Ocean just south of the island of Digue in the Seychelles might look like from the moon.
When we arrived in Colombo today, I couldn't resist photographing the sunset on the beach at about 5.30 pm. Finally we are back in Sri Lanka and will stay here until next spring.
For the final image in my short series is a shot taken just after sunset from a vantage point looking down into Bridgewater Bay. The sky just after the sun set just began to glow the most amazing colours of yellow and orange!
Dolly Beach on Christmas Island has to be the prettiest beach I've ever been on. Warm, isolated, turquoise water and huge waves.
Wonderful memories of paradise and an unforgettable honeymoon.

There are a large number of Tamil temples on La Reunion Island. The one in La Possession (Jacques Prévert str.) is the largest and one of the most beautiful. It must be said that what characterizes this island is diversity: cultural, religious, ethnic, gastronomic and many other topics. The population of La Réunion is rainbow and during a walk or hike you cross paths with and greet people from many origins. Mixing and respectful coexistence is the absolute rule in Reunion, and it’s very pleasant!
Cap Homard is located on Reunion island's west coast, at the end of beautiful Boucan-Canot Beach.

Tunicates are very common animals in the marine environment wherever there is a hard surface to colonise. They exist in a huge range of colours, sizes and shapes. They are basically just a bag of tissue with and inlet and outlet through which they take in water and filter out minute organisms on which they feed. The next photograph shows this species' filtering arrangement.
Dormono pigramente i vascelli vagabondi
arrivati da ogni confine
per soddisfare i tuoi desideri.

Taken in only 2m of water off Vilamendhoo, Maldives. There were countless numbers being harried by all sorts of predatory fish. Here a couple of Small-spotted Darts (Trachinotus baillonii), a type of Jack, pause before attacking again.
