The Inauguration day: Darwin was onto it's 1st Edition, with an exciting start, field visits to research institutions like Haffkine Institute, Merck Lifesciences, Godavari Biorefineries Ltd. and Imaginarium in morning followed by the inaugural ceremony in the evening. The keynote speech was delivered by the much-loved Joe Davis wherein he shared about his work and inspired many! The talk was filled with enthusiasm and energy and the attendees had so much learning to take-away with them. Followed by which we had an amazing Bharatnatyam performance. Post the inaugural ceremony, there was a "meet & greet" night for all the bio-hackers and attendees, a mellow evening where the attendees had a small introductory session and interaction with each other. Day 1 and day 2 photos coming soon!
