Meri Amber took the Oxford Art Factory stage to perform at Ignite Sydney 10 2013, the show included speakers who made 5 minute speeches on topics of their choice where powerpoint slides would automatically flip over every 15 seconds. Meri performed two sets of songs in between the speakers and sung a special song she'd written to her mum for her birthday.
Ignite Boulder was a blast once again! This forth installment took place on April 29th, 2009 at a larger venue, CHEM140 (how appropriate for our twitter generation). It provided more than adequate seating for 420+ people that belted loud cheers, boos and everything in between. Presentations were once again exceptional, check out Ignite Boulder website for more details and information on when video will be available.
A huge thank you to Rande, who handled all the venue issues. Kath was the resident mic wrangler, and Craig Kindal handled the video again (will post that shortly). Larkin lead the clean up charge, huge thanks! Also big thanks to ProPhotoRental for providing me with a rental 70-200mm f/2.8L IS Canon Lens So I didn't have to be in the face of the presenters for close up shots.
