This one is from the final and sadly poor selling finale to the Ultima series, Ultima 9 Ascension. Apparentley the hair line has completely retreated and Iolo has let his beard run completely rampant... And the standard long bow on his shoulder was completely out of character and just one of many nitpicks fans of the series had with Ultima 9.
