Not a red filter, this is what greeted me a couple of mornings ago, and the color is real. And yes, a front with lots of rain did move through, later that day!

note: I noticed the deep red as I went outside to feed the kitty. By the time I ran back inside and grabbed the camera, the sky had already started getting lighter. It was a much darker red than even this shot shows!
