At first, I thought this was a UFO, but I soon realised it was just an airliner coming into Adelaide Airport from the west. The very bright landing lights came on a long way out and made for an interesting sight in the last of the sunset, looking across a very calm St. Vincent Gulf. Taken from Brighton Beach in Adelaide.

Happy Nice Wonderful Couds Tuesday!

Identified Flying Object :)

Put myself in harms way to get this perspective as my daughter was playing Frisbee with her boyfriend at our company crab feast yesterday ...

Before ending up in the oven, this was an identified flying object.

I tried practising rotating and throwing up the dough in the air.

It ended up triangular...?

Tasted pretty good though.

An IFO (Identified Flying Object) . The International Space Station (ISS) . Very deep flying yesterday night ;)

Watch the International Space Station pass overhead from several thousand worldwide locations. It is the third brightest object in the sky and easy to spot if you know when to look up.

Visible to the naked eye, it looks like a fast-moving plane only much higher and traveling thousands of miles an hour faster!

IFOs, too! That’s Identified Flying Objects. It is done? Maybe. I am trying to relearn the SketchClub app and this piece has taken just about forever to get to this state. I may pick it up and play with it more after I’ve developed more skills.

Millecento soldatini in miniatura!
