Taken on evening Berlin street shots with Bad Face
Joined a few other photographers for an evening shoot in my hometown...just one problem - I'd broken my tripod!
Managed to get a few hand-held brackets off using the bridges over the canals. This shot was an HDR merge of 3 exposures - all at ISO 100, f/11.
Pleased with how this came out, can't wait to return with a new tripod though! :)

I walked down from Happy Valley to Causeway Bay at around 7pm while Typhoon Signal 9 was hoisted trying to get some dramatic shots - but it was completely calm. I guess it was the eye of the storm - but I was still surprised to see Victoria Harbor without the usual chop and swell. The setting was quite unreal, "Die Ruhe vor dem Sturm".

This is, what I believe will be, the end of the Intercounty Connector (ICC). It's going to look like this or worse till the project is completed. ETA 2011 :\. First attempt at HDR.
This was taken on the 1st of July. ICC will be the tallest building in Hong Kong. Just 2 days ago a tragic occured at the ICC lift shaft. Sadly, 6 workers died in the accident.
