The Saturn IB launch vehicle lifting off from Launch Complex 39B at 9:01 a.m. EST on November 16, 1973. The Skylab 4 astronauts Gerald P. Carr, Dr. Edward G. Gibson, and William R. Pogue, were onboard for the third and final mission to the orbiting space station.

The silver gull (Chroicocephalus novaehollandiae) is the most common gull of Australia. It has been found throughout the continent, but particularly at or near coastal areas. It is smaller than the Pacific gull (Larus pacificus), which also lives in Australia.

The Type 045 Retinette IB had the Prontor 500 LK shutter, with speeds up to 1/500 sec. a hot shoe for the flash, and a depth-of-field scale. The name on the top plate was changed from the 037's rising script typeface to a horizontal, sans-serif type. It was in production from February 1963 to 1966
On July 15, 1975, a Saturn IB made the last launch of an Saturn vehicle when it carried astronauts in an Apollo vehicle as part of the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project. The capsule docked two days later with a Soviet Soyuz vehicle, marking the first international mission in space. After docking, the two crews greeted each other and began a series of joint science experiments. The crews bid farewell on July 19, shaking hands once more before the two ships separated. Soyuz 19 returned to Earth on July 21 and Apollo splashed down in the Pacific Ocean on July 24. Apollo launched 7 and a half hours later. The two spacecraft rendezvoused on July 17, 1975.

The Winkerkcrabs are a genus of crabs. Together with the equestrian crabs, they belong to the Ocypodidae family. Currently, 92 species of winkerk crabs are known.
The Crested Pigeon is one of several species which has successfully made the transition from a common inland bird to a common urban bird. Crested Pigeons were once restricted to arid and semi-arid zones of inland Australia, with only vagrants recorded closer to the coast. Adelaide was the first major city that they colonised, and later, in quick succession they were recorded in both Brisbane and Perth, on opposite sides of the continent. Now they are common in Sydney and increasingly so in Canberra and Melbourne.

Er wurde von dem Zoologen Georg August Goldfuß im Jahre 1817 als Lipurus cinereus erstbeschrieben. Der Koala ist neben dem Känguru das am weitesten verbreitete Symbol Australiens.
The Australian Pelican is found throughout Australia, Papua New Guinea and western Indonesia, with occasional reports in New Zealand and various western Pacific islands. Seasonality Pelicans are highly mobile, searching out suitable areas of water and an adequate supply of food.
