Bored, thought I try a ‘tilt-shift’ effect on one of my older photos. Gimmicky perhaps but definitely catches the eye.
There was a thunderstorm to the North of IAH right at twilight. Air New Zealand can be seen on the North ramp while the lightning strikes down in the distance.

As we're in our last month of 777-300ER service for Singapore at IAH, I figured I better go ahead and grab their Star livery at night.
The skies are just too busy, I'll just take the road home.
This is the last of my pix from IAH. There were some good spots to photograph airplanes. In early afternoon a handful of local planespotters showed up for the big international flights coming in. They were also helpful and good to meet them.
