Avec l'hybridation des équipes, les identités sont devenues floues, fluides et plus subtiles. Il importe que l'équipe (apprenne à) sache se mettre en scène afin d'atteindre ses objectifs. Cela passe d'abord par une vraie concertation virtuelle qui tient compte de toutes les opinions, qu'elles soient majoritaires, minoritaires ou même singulières. Ensuite par l'établissement de règles, des cyber-règles, qui sont du savoir-vivre et de la politesse, mais surtout le non-jugement. Finalement par la détermination et acceptation de différents niveaux d'implication des individus dans les activités virtuelles.

J'ai aimé l'idée que la polarisation entre Présentiel et Distanciel, souvent mentionnée pour distinguer les deux mondes, n'a pas lieu d'être. Il n'y a que du présentiel physique ou en ligne, et le distanciel n'est que de l'absentiel, physique ou en ligne.
