I met this fine and energetic Springer Spaniel who ran around the field at 100mph, ran down to the river and barked at my rock balance (see my last photo) then ran back up the hill, had a shakedown, ignored his owner's commands and unwittingly 'posed' for a few photos.
Some accuse me of being a thief, but in reality I am a search for lives. It’s easy to talk when you’re born into a rich home, but when you come from an orphanage and you have no idea who your family is, you make a living as best you can. I tell myself that I collect things that people forget or lose… And I always make sure that they are not from poor people! This sword has magic, because it has living blades coming out of the handle. I «found» her in a nearby forest… Although a crazy woman threw herself at me screaming I don’t know what, because I don’t speak her language. I miraculously escaped!

Back to Nottingham for a bit of classic street photography. A dude called kid30 is responsible for pretty much all of the fantastic art cropping up all over the city. This has a fifty pence coin with a monocle and moustache. What's not to like about that?
Plus of course it's true, hustlers never sleep. They do however wear denim. Well for this shot at least.

Taken with my mobile telephone at a pub where I just had watched Liverpool win over Real Madrid in the Champions League. The camera is really lousy, particular for low light conditions!
Heavy pp with Capture NX2 produced this: Texture is what the heavy noise phone produces under these conditions is transformed to after some serious talking to by Noise Reduction and Unsharp Mask filters...
