St. Patrick’s Day at SXSW is a HUGE party. My sister text messaged she just had her picture taken with the Naked Cowboy and I should run two blocks to have mine taken too. Who could resist? Not me!
SXSW 3/17/07 - The South by Southwest Film Conference lasts only a couple of days, but the movies are screened through the end of the Music Festival. I sold every single admission ticket to every movie shown at the Austin Convention Center. The crowds are big, the movies are great, and a good time was had by all!

You know how you can have even the simplest sliver, a paper cut, a hangnail, a blister, a stubbed toe... you doctor it, you coddle it, you've given it all the care you can think of... yet you can't ignore it, you can't truly "move on". As day-to-day, moment-to-moment, it reminds you... the slightest little touch, movement, or glance... brings it all right back up to the surface, screaming at you, reminding you, you are far from whole.
I'm often astounded at how well our physical bodies demonstrate to us so much more about our lives...

For MSH: human parts
This plastic guy was only 88 cents. If you really want to, you can remove all of his body parts. I thought about it, but decided it would be hard to put them all back inside, so I just took off the cover/chest.
Old paper photo from an art class. The only picture I have, and it's all dusty and scratched up. I think I've managed to get rid of most of the dust - but the scratches are harder to edit out. Any ps wiz out there with a good idea how to save this one? (I see uploading to Flickr actually helped a little in itself as the uploading made it darker.)
It is just day 13 and I have to admit; considering my work schedule and my sleeping disorders, this Project 365 is challenging in terms of finding the right time to shoot. Favorably though, I have friends and co workers who are willing to help me.
We took our breaks, rushed to the roofdeck, and clicked away. Short but fun, cause JP and Vikki = epic.
The eyes gather a great mass of information. However, everyone's physical perception of things differs, depending on the angle, distance, and our familiarity of the object(s). The window reflection in the eye is just one's perception of the window.
