Hull heads, Queensland - early morning

A new mega yacht built by Abeking & Rasmussen, Lemwerder. HULL 6507 is just the project name of the ship, since the real name hasn’t been disclosed yet.

Having finished photographing the sunrise of the lighthouse from Fort Revere Park, I looked around for other scenes and saw the light and color reflecting down in the harbor. That sure was a grand morning. Hull, Massachusetts, USA, June 2022

Europes largest Fair with its incredible selection of rides and side stalls...The Fair as been coming to Hull since the 13th century. .It has more than 300 attractions and 80 rides for the younger ones plus numerous food stalls..

New footbridge to improve pedestrian and cycle connection over the heavily trafficked A63 road in Hull city centre.

 

The bridge creates a distinctive new landmark and gateway to the Old Town. The approaches each side are designed as landscaped public spaces, providing a variety of new routes and places for people to enjoy the journey and views over the city and docks...When it is officially opened to pedestrians it will be named the "Murdochs Connection" Bridge.

This distinctive 13 storey Building was opened by HM The Queen in 1967 .It contains 700 beds and is the main Hospital for Hull and East Yorkshire

This is part of the industrial area of the city, It shows the old 'Bay Horse' pub and the 'Maizecor' Silo which is one of the remaining Silos alongside The River Hull,

The Hull Maritime Museum is a museum in Kingston upon Hull, England, that explores the seafaring heritage of the city and its environs. The museum's stated mission is "To preserve and make available the maritime history of Hull and east Yorkshire through artefacts and documents". This Building was once the former Dock Offices.

Annual event "Hull Fair"

This is the now disused Trinity House Buoy Shed alongside the river Hull. It was once obviously a prestigious building and has clearly seen better days. There is a detailed history of the building here - historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1197668
