Trying out a new technique and playing with the concept.
From the bottom up, right to left, like knitting:
1. As I read about it, start with kfb, do the cable thing, end with an ssk.
2. First attempt at 2 stitch, made up on my own. Start kfbf, cable thing, end with sssk.
3. Start with a KLL, cable, thing, and I don't know WTF I did there at the end.
4. Start with a KLL and a KRL, cable thing, end by knitting the back stitch and the first cable stitch together, then the second cable stitch and next stitch on the left needle together.
5. Start with a KFB and a KLL, chain the back stitches, finish as for 4.
6. KRL, k1, return, repeat, cable across and end as for 4.
At least that's what I think I did. I'm contemplating writing a tutorial for the two stitch horizontal cable, if I don't find one already done online (I haven't yet).
