Ellen, she showed me her Amnesty International card. "Can I ask you something? I speak to people and tell about the discrimination against homosexuals in countries in Eastern Europe. Do you want to sign a petition? ”. She said that she does this work as a student (she is studying the account manager training) and can thus collect some extra credits in Corona time. I was surprised that by collecting signatures you can also collect credits. It is an alternative to doing an internship. She was not alone, more students were active. I had to sign via her tablet, only that way she got credits. This is the 10th photo from my 3rd round of the 100strangers project.

Tras su debut en 'Never Been Kissed', el episodio de la segunda temporada de 'Glee' emitido el pasado martes 9 de noviembre, Darren Criss podría convertirse en uno de los personajes protagonistas de la ficción musical de Fox. Aunque su intervención en la serie estaba planeada para tan sólo unos episodios, su personaje -Blaine, un joven estudiante gay, miembro del coro rival y mentor de Kurt (Chris Colfer)- encajaría a la perfección con las tramas de la ficción, algo de lo que ha debido darse cuenta el equipo técnico que ya estaría en negociaciones para hacer su incorporación total efectiva al comienzo de la tercera temporada.
Tras la emisión del episodio, el joven actor mostró su admiración por el personaje que le ha tocado interpretar en 'Glee'."Blaine es un año más mayor de Kurt en todos los sentidos, por eso cuando se conocen siente la necesidad de compartir con él sus conocimientos. I'm gay. It's not a secret. Today I happened to catch Michelle Bachman, a very conservative Republican who is running for president, on the television at my mom's house. Michelle is one of those people who strongly believes in praying the gay away and sending gay people to camps where they can be "healed."
These ideas reminded me of those who believe that they or people they know can be changed and that being gay is a choice. Unfortunately, I know people like this. I really hate to get political here, but it's something that really began to bug me going into this self-portrait shoot. I wanted to do something that reflected the needs of those people who wish to repent for their "sin" of homosexuality. No matter how hard you wish and pray, you're always going to be fighting yourself and holding onto your true identity.
I feel like we all just need to love ourselves and each other. Be who you're meant to be and never change. Every single one of you is beautiful and you're going to change the world in some way. Never, ever stop dreaming. And if you ever need someone to listen or talk to, I'm willing and able to listen and give advice. My door is always open. <3

As portrayed in the Hull Pride Parade in Hull City Centre,
Pride in Hull coincides with the City of Culture celebrations and marks 50 years since the start of the decriminalisation of homosexuality.
Homosexuality has been recorded in about 130 bird species. Research from the Australian University of Newcastle found that homosexual behaviour in male birds was more common in birds that have a polygynous mating system, ie mate with more than one female. But female homosexuality tended to occur in monogamous species. They focused on 93 species where homosexuality had been recorded in wild birds and found that homosexual activity amounted to less than 5% of overall sexual activity. This boils down to which sex has more spare time to pursue sexual activity. In polygynous species the female typically undertakes all the incubation and chick-rearing duties. But in monogamous species the sexes often share these duties, so giving the female more time to pursue other interests. Mallards certainly fall into the promiscuous category as they will mate with several females if they can, and play no part whatsoever in incubation or chick-rearing duties. The small pond where I photographed these today had 13 male Mallards but no females. The males were clearly charged with testosterone and this male was on the receiving end.
I post this kind of photo because I find it interesting and I hope others will too. But my recent photo of a female Mallard being "raped" by three males seemed particularly unpopular. I'm wondering how many "likes" this one will get.
