INGREDIENTS:
16 slices bacon
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
8 eggs
Salt and pepper, if desired
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat about 4 minutes or until cooked but not crisp, turning once. (It will continue to cook in the oven.) Set aside.
2. Spray 8 jumbo muffin cups or 8 (6-oz) glass custard cups with cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in each muffin cup, pressing dough three-fourths of the way up sides of cups. Place 2 bacon slices in each biscuit cup, and crack an egg over each. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until egg whites are set. Run a small knife around cups to loosen. Serve immediately.
Went up to my Mother-in-Law's to visit and we went out to Golden Girls Family Restaurant (again ) for dinner. My wife and I got the 3pc Broasted chicken with two sides. I got French fries and Cucumbers & Onions and my wife got Mashed potatoes with gravy and Cucumbers & Onions. My Mother-in-Law got the Chicken livers again. I believe she also got the Cucumber & Onions as well.

Seafood: Snow crabs, prawns and mussels - We used a pair of scissors to cut the shells, which were kind of rubbery when I took a bite into one of the legs...if you know how, break them just before each joint, with skill, the meat came out in one whole piece when the shell of the leg was pulled away...we successfully did with a few legs :)
Inspired by a project in Tone Finnegar's new book, "Sew Sunny Homestyle". I used a vintage embroidered panel (cut from a tablecloth) for the centre and used a pretty Cath Kidston floral fabric to border it.

I love this little diner! A true mom-and-pop style joint, in the small cozy town of Sequim; where the people are friendly and know the locals' favorite orders, the food is sooo yummy and fresh, the servings are huge, the prices are reasonable, service is incredible, and the atmosphere is straight outta the 1950s. We stop here to eat every time we drive through/past Sequim. It's such a cute place - checkered floors, black and white bar stools, booths, pink everywhere, a juke box that looks like the back of a Chevy (I think...) and vintage artwork/posters everywhere. It's fun just to go in there to look around. :) If you're ever near Sequim, you *must* try this place. It's off the highway a bit (they've added so much in that town since we went a bit over 2 years ago) but not too hard to find, off the main drag through downtown. And they don't mind if you take pics inside at all. I wasn't able to get really good shots of the outside, due to the waning light, but I had to take this of the sign. This is the kind of place I could imagine our kids working their first jobs at. I wouldn't mind living in Sequim at all.
I spent the longest time trying to find a pretty cup to pour my tea into. And then I just gave up and picked the first one I saw. Oh well.
