Quick Hilsa Recipe: ইলিশ মাছের স্বাদে মুগ্ধ না হওয়ার মানুষ বোধহয় খুঁজে পাওয়া দায়! সরষে ইলিশ, ভাপা ইলিশ, কিংবা ইলিশ মাছের ঝোল—এসব আমাদের ঘরে ঘরে প্রিয়। কিন্তু কখনো কি ভেবেছেন ইলিশ দিয়ে তৈরি করা যায় এমন একটি রোস্ট, যা মুখে দিলেই মা-ঠাকুমার হেঁশেলের স্মৃতি জাগবে? হ্যাঁ, আজ আমরা শেয়ার করছি এমন একটি নতুন ও সহজ রেসিপি—ইলিশ রোস্ট, ১৫ মিনিটও লাগে না, যা মাত্র ১০ মিনিটেই তৈরি করা যায়। এই পদ রান্না করে অতিথি থেকে পরিবার, সবাইকে তাক লাগিয়ে দিন!
উপকরণ (৪-৫ জনের জন্য)
- ইলিশ মাছ: ৮-১০ টুকরো (মাঝারি আকারের)
- পেঁয়াজবাটা: ২টি বড় পেঁয়াজ (মিহি করে বাটা)
- আদাবাটা: ১ টেবিল চামচ
- রসুনবাটা: ২ চা চামচ
- লঙ্কাগুঁড়ো: ১ চা চামচ (ঝালের পরিমাণ স্বাদ অনুযায়ী)
- ভিনিগার: ২ টেবিল চামচ (বা ১টি পাতিলেবুর রস)
- দারচিনি: ১ ইঞ্চি (থ্যাঁতলানো বা গুঁড়ো)
- লবঙ্গ: ২টি
- এলাচ: ২টি
- তেজপাতা: ২টি
- তেল: ৩ টেবিল চামচ (সর্ষের তেল হলে আরও স্বাদ বাড়বে)
- নুন: স্বাদমতো
- চিনি: ১/২ চা চামচ (স্বাদের ভারসাম্যের জন্য)
- ধনেপাতা কুচি: সাজানোর জন্য (ঐচ্ছিক)
