Getting up early on a Sunday morning is never my favorite thing to do – but since I had to get up before 6 am and do some work things, now – at 11 am my energy is starting to flag. So I’m applying Whisper and Motivate topically: Whisper because I do every day to help support my emotions and create balance, and because it smells so wonderfully good; Motivate to help me get “motivated” to get on with the other Sunday things I need to do. I am diffusing Passion to help me get inspired and creative with my craft/office space that I need to organize and develop into something that I can feel great about working in. Of course Deep Blue to my lower back to control the spasms so that I can move with more freedom and less pain. Yes – I did something to my back again, probably moving those heavy boxes around upstairs so that I can pack and unpack into some semblance of order.
