Hubs got this for me a long time ago. After I just gave birth to Josh and had a hard time dealing with my breast engorgement from breastfeeding.
2. Remove the Apron
Now comes the best part - the body. People say eat female in autumn and when the weather is colder, eat the male. The female has lots of eggs, and the male has them as well and some creamy stuff which is the best part. Look at the belly, there is a small movable flap at the posterior of the carapace (the apron). Lift it up and get rid of it.
