Went to my mom & dad's a few weeks ago and we threw a party for my 3 year old niece Katie. She had a blast!
Lookit, Kitty's placid expressionless face looks at me from underneath the Band-Aids box. She will make it all better.
[Look! Another foofy marker!]
I honestly don't believe in making up my bed. It's just a waste of time :P I only make it when friends are coming over or I'm leaving town ;D
I'd posted the box before (pix of it sittin on my desk at work), but I really wanted to share the total packaging.
Shame my office's scanner isn't too hot, but here ya go, in all her pink glory!
I use the smaller, more colorful ones more often since my boo-boo's are often of the sort where I've done narsty things to my fingernails or the skin around them. I only really use the more sedate and stately bigger ones when I've sliced my fingers off (architorture folks, you know what I'm talking about). Mercifully, I'm just joking, haven't had any of those accidents in a long time.

To crochet the bag is easier than making amigurumi because it involoves less sewing (together different part).
Finished on 22 March 2009
My 1st Amigurumi! I got the pattern from here pameleux.wordpress.com. I added 2 or 3 rows to the top of the body and the dress. The dress and bow are removable so if I get bored I can change her up a bit. After I put her all together I stiched her face on with yarn.
The dress and bow are actually plum purple, they look navy blue in the pic.
... I pulled it off! I seriously never thought I would... It was a lot of work, but well worth it. Thanks so much to our dear friend Ada for the delicious molten chocolate cake recipe, which was a big success, and to my great friend Nancy for all her decorating accessories! I couldn't have done it without you!
