During Heart Month, we raise awareness for heart disease in women, which is still under recognized. (Also under recognized... is my slight fear of heights!) . Gotta love the fact that some folks gearing up for the Patriots in the Super Bowl in 2 days, chose to wear the Pats shirts for the photo. Two birds with one stone!

I really have no idea what this is about, aside from the fact that it's for TRP: Wearing red in support of National Heart Month (in the UK). I gave my heart a workout today: 15km xc skiing with friends.
