Week 11, Assignment 1: The Portrait. Hawkeye is the second most clingy person I have ever met. (Caspian pulls in at #1 here). If he is not near me, you see what happens.
And yes, I did give him a hug...after I took the picture.
We also saw this guy in the Fullersburg Woods Forest Preserve of DuPage County, all puffed up because it was cold. In this part of the country, it's a good idea to assume that all the hawks I see are red-tailed hawks unless somebody tells you otherwise, but Cooper's hawks look very similar, so this might be a Cooper's hawk.
Fun Fact: We saw a bald eagle circling in the distance while we were looking at this hawk, but the picture didn't come out. It was bird day at Fullersburg Woods.

The latest finish in Wimbledon history sees Andy Murray through to the fourth round. Brilliant! There was just so much to see and each picture tells a story!
I am selling this on eBay sometime soon bc I may buy a 360 or the hulks helicarrier breakout. Leave rating and starting bid price (for eBay) you think it should be :) better pics will be up soon.
One of two unusual visitors to our fair shores.
Had the camera set on JPEG instead of RAW, so these are pretty much SOOC.

My trip to Buckley was very fun. I'm still editing all the snapshots for my co-workers and family.
This guy came in while we were waiting for our jets to come back.

I do all my work in my pajamas. Why do you ask?
