I shot horizontal landscape composition with the spinning ferris wheel but I also tried vertical portrait compositions.
When I shot vertical, I noticed that the colours from the spinning wheel looked different! Also more girls like to walk past in front of my camera when I shot vertical. This is interesting find! :o)
The girls "disappeared" due to long exposure.

few seconds. Other times for several minutes, like a
Rainbow. Since Florida Sunsets are an Epic event on their
own, it’s hard to spin around to view this other event.

This is the time I feel guilty when I took a snapshot of smiley. Earthquake hit hard in Nepal and killed more than 1,300 people. It is inappropriate that you have normal life when something worst happened to the others.
Wish everyone is safe at home and have a good day.
Wish help will go to the people in Nepal quickly and no more after quakes.

I am having fun with panoramic. Vertical panoramic is even more fun to me.
Today I went to Van Dusen Garden and had some panoramic shots again. I saw this small creek and it is leading to the pond with reflections.
I think this is perfect subject for vertical panoramic. This is 2 images stitched into one inside my Fuji compact.

There are screams and there are excitements before the 2010 summer ends because PNE has come!
PNE Playland is the largest fun fair in Vancouver.
This year 2010 is the 100th anniversary of Pacific National Exhbition (PNE) fun fair.
The two ladies are very co-operative because they just come into the exact position to cover up the two garbage cans right at the bottom of the painted wall! :o)
