I used to live in the house on the right when I was very young. It was haunted... that or I was having a bad reaction to the Phenobarbital I was given for my seizures.

Yet another abandoned building that I found on one of my recent trips. This one is actually on village's main road in Watkins Glen, NY. I kinda wished it was located on a rural back road. That way, perhaps tucked in at the edge of a forest with all kinds of weeds and plants growing all over it, it would have an even stronger haunted feeling. But we dont get to pick where we find something that draws our attention.

I drive by this house every day, but this time I drove by at night. It was completely different with the eerie lights. By luck a vehicle drove into the frame and I think it helps the mode of the picture.......

A ghost is said to haunt this abandoned former manor house. Unfortunately I didn't see any.
But even though I was alone and not the scared type, I somehow didn't feel alone ... 👀
I didn't roam the house to the last nook and cranny, because I thought if a floor collapsed here or the stairs collapsed, you'd be in a pretty stupid situation.
I have to go there again, but only with a photo friend or two.

In diesem verlassenen ehemaligen Gutshaus soll ein Geist umherspuken. Ich habe leider keinen gesehen.
Aber obwohl ich alleine war und nicht der ängstliche Typ bin, habe ich mich irgendwie nicht alleine gefühlt.... 👀
Ich habe das Haus nicht bis in den letzten Winkel durchstreift, denn ich dachte, wenn hier ein Boden einfällt, oder die Treppe einstürzt bist du in einer ziemlich blöden Situation.
Ich muss nochmal dorthin, aber nur mit einem oder zwei Fotofreunden.
