Had seen a similar pendant that Rebecca, a very talented metalsmith, made some months ago. Unfortunately it had sold by the time I made it to her Etsy shop. Not to worry - after emailing her she agreed to make me two pendants based on the original design, one for a friend and one for me (I love compass roses!). A friend moved to Australia with her husband and son last August for 2 years. With a move that far away, Gina was a little hesitant about leaving their beautiful small farm in Northern Virginia. I wanted the pendant to design a necklace around it for her - so she will find her way home or safely go wherever he life will take her next. On July 1, I board a plane to Alice Springs, Australia and will hand- deliver the necklace to her :) :) :)
This is a pendant I made with polymer clay in green and gold. It features a cute owl charm and my favorite brass acorn beads.

This item is made by knitting beads into wire. Then this is hung on a aluminium frame.
This item is made by hand in he UK and so is unique.
It can also be customised to any ideas/ colours you have.

This piece was originally created back in 2009 and it has taken me all this time to complete it. It originally started life as a cuff ... but it was not to be. Introducting 'Peeper'.
Peeping from within a carpet of swaying Swarovski crystals is a vintage porcelain doll face. Peeper is surrounded by lots of Swarovski crystals 2mm (Golden Shadow) and 3mm (Jet)beads. The circular frame has been created using polymer clay, the textured surface of the frame has been highlighted with wax metallic paints to give it a lovely soft faux aged patina.
The circumference of the pendant has been beadwoven using peyote stitch, Delicas and Toho Treasure glass cylinder beads. The beading gently wraps around to the reverse of the pendant which has been sealed with fawn coloured Ultrasuede.
The necklace strap has been created using hard to source, smooth glossy Black Spinel tumbled gemstone beads, small faceted Onyx gemstone beads and facted glass beads. The clasp has been beadwoven and showcases two Swarovski 6mm bicones in Jet.
The Peeper Pendant is 6cm across or approx 2inches.. the necklace strap is 25cms or just over 9.5 inches

My friend Maisy gave me some Mexican Fire Agate beads to use for myself and when I made the teardrop loop earrings recently, I thought the shape would mirror the bead well, so have made this pendant for myself in Sterling silver. It hangs from a small soldered and hammered oval bail.
A revised version of my earlier copper clay leaf and bud pendant to sell - I thought it had taken too long to make and therefore too pricey, so I modded the design to simplify it (i.e. eliminated the fancy shaping around the leaves and hidden bail) and make the price more appropriate. The finish is also much better with improving technique as I get to know the clay.
Hand sculpted with PMC / copper clay. It hasn't been pressed from a mold, but each leaf and bud hand formed.
Finally a collaboration between 3D print and polymer clay. Okay polymer clay has a minor roll in this design, apart from the resin but you have to start somewhere :-)

Image of a vintage swatch of fabric showcasing a lovely butterfly and classsic Japanese art. Beautiful swirls of colour with a theme of pink and green. Handformed polymer clay frame with the image inset into the clay, then multiple layers of 2 part expoxy resin are applied. Beadwoven bezel created using Delicas in matt dark green and gold seed beads. Oil based wax paints were used to hightlight the texture on the polymer frame, to give the look of an aged patina.
