• What techniques did you use for this lettering project that were different from the typography project?

-I sketched out the basic design for this project, scanned it, opened it in Photoshop and traced over the original design; while with the Typography project I sketched the design in my sketchbook and used that as the basics for my project.

• Why do letterers / artists embrace imperfection?

-Letterers and artists embrace imperfection because imperfection brings something special to the art piece; giving it a unique feel.

• How did you embrace imperfection?

- I embraced imperfection by basing my quote off of it and by not being so precise with any of my lines.
